No Refund Policy for Services Rendered

All services provided by Empire Tax Services including tax preparation, notary services, and business formation are final

and non-refundable.

Once a service has been started or completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

This includes walk-in services, same-day appointments, and document preparation services.

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment or choose not to proceed after service has begun, you are still responsible for payment and no refunds will be given.

If you are denied services due to providing fraudulent, incomplete, or incorrect documentation, no refunds will be issued.

Appointment Deposits

Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment time.

Deposits are applied toward your final total at the time of service.

If you cancel your appointment, fail to appear, or arrive late beyond the grace period, the deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits are not transferable to another day, service, or person.

Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

You change your mind or no longer wish to complete the service.

You fail to provide the required documents at the time of service.

You disagree with the outcome of your tax refund or filing result after documents have been submitted.

You do not agree with our pricing after the service has been initiated.

You attempt to dispute a valid charge for a service that was completed.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback for a completed or non-refundable service may result in being permanently banned from using any future services offered by Empire Tax Services.

We strongly encourage you to contact our office directly to resolve any concerns or misunderstandings before contacting your bank.

All communications and service activity are documented to protect both parties.

Exceptions There are no exceptions to this refund policy. By scheduling, booking, or receiving any service from Empire Tax Services, you agree to these terms in full.
